Jennifer is our April Client of the month! Her consistency and zealous attitude is what made us want to shine a spot light on her! Jennifer purchased our biggest package we offer to not only reach her goals, but also to approach our personal training programs like a school. She understood that change would require frequent reinforcement and accountability. She would ask all the right questions about exercise and nutrition, as well as used and applied all the resources given to her. With that knowledge, she was empowered to understand body composition, relationship to food and body changes, as well as increase her comfort with weight lifting.
In our photo, you will notice she was able to tone up over a period of time. However, in both photos, she weighed the exact same. Jennifer dropped a significant amount of fat, but put on a significant amount of muscle. She corrected her posture with stretching and weight training. Of all these changes, she told us that she was most proud of her newfound definition of personal maximum effort. She is a true case of why the scale DOES NOT MATTER! But your body composition does.
