Drink Your Water! It's Good For You!

Yes, the above is an obvious statement. We can survive weeks without food but only days without water. Not all of us are drinking enough water though.

Calculating Your Water

There is a simple equation that will tell you how much water needs to be consumed in your day to day life. This is a calculation based on moderately active people.

(Body Weight in Pounds) x .75 = water in fluid ounces (i.e.) 200 lbs x .75 =  150 fluid ounces

(This is where you check the side of your bottled water do a quick calculation and say REALLY?!)

Generally speaking, we all need to drink about a gallon (yes, gallon!) of water a day.

WARNING!: In the beginning this will cause multiple trips to the bathroom but the body will adapt. Stick with it and we promise you that you see and feel the benefits of drinking water through out the day!
