Meet our client of the month, Almers!
Almers came to us with some major concerns for her health as well as a limited budget. She struggles with lupus, diabetes type two, nephropathy, a bad knee, and a bad shoulder. I'll she wanted to learn was how to eat healthy and incorporate appropriate exercise per her issues. For the last three months, we were able to develop a program where she would check in with us once a week for an hour. For the first half hour, we would review her week. The second half hour would be a workout appropriate for her problems. Because she was able to do some of the work on her own, as well as stay accountable, she was able to lose over 20 pounds in a matter of three months. She started at 260lbs and is now at 238lbs; WITHOUT a diet. She has gotten stronger, her numbers are stable, and doesn’t need the usual amount of pills she would’ve taken before she met with Strong House Training. Just good old fashioned nutritional density and exercise. Because of Almers, we have developed a friendly low economical fitness program that can meet everybody's needs.
